01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Game P999 website at gamep999.org, downloading the Game P999 app, creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In practice, however, accounts must be personal — one account per individual — and corporate or shared accounts are not permitted.

Game P999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through the platform or via the email address associated with their account. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect means you have accepted the revised terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Game P999 you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or under any restriction that prohibits you from accessing online gaming platforms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process and keep that information up to date.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative or proxy for any other individual when registering or using the account.

Game P999 takes underage access seriously. If we have reason to believe that a registered user is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately, conduct verification and, if confirmed, close the account permanently and return any remaining real-money balance after deducting any applicable processing costs. Winnings generated during a period of underage use will be forfeited.

We do not make any representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using Game P999 is permitted under the laws that apply to you in your location.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on Game P999. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended pending review and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide your real name, a valid email address, your date of birth and contact details. You must not use false information, adopt someone else's identity or create an account under a name other than your own legal name. Game P999 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport or utility bill, to confirm the details provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password and any other credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must inform Game P999 support immediately. We will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the security of your credentials was compromised by your own actions or negligence.

Game P999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, violation of these terms or any other conduct it considers harmful to the platform or to other players.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Game P999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and mobile wallets. We do not accept deposits from payment methods held in the name of a third party — all deposits must come from an account or wallet that belongs to the registered player.

Deposit amounts are credited to your game balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. For standard transactions this happens promptly, though delays caused by the payment provider, bank processing times or network issues are outside our control. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, please contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed any identity verification steps required at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met before the relevant portion of your balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Where this is not possible, an alternative local PKR method may be used.
• Game P999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• We do not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Game P999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these terms. In such cases, we will notify the player and may request additional documentation before processing.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Game P999 offers bonuses and promotional credits to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit thresholds and eligible games. These offer-specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance, until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed when the window closes.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once — is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
• Game P999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time where it has been exploited, has experienced technical errors or where terms were misrepresented.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

If you are unsure whether a specific game or bet type contributes to your wagering requirement, check the promotion page or contact customer support before playing. Bets placed on games that do not contribute to wagering will not count toward clearing your bonus balance.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Game P999 — whether on slots, fish games, live casino tables, cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football or esports — are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, modify or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.

Specific game rules, payout tables and RTP figures are available within each game or betting market. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game or market before placing a wager. Ignorance of the game rules is not grounds for a refund or dispute.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and market. These limits may be adjusted by Game P999 at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled according to the last confirmed game state recorded by the server. Our server records are the authoritative record in any dispute.
• For live sports betting, markets may be suspended or settled early in the event of unexpected match events, abandonment or official result changes. We follow the rulings of official sports bodies for result confirmation.
• Game P999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, where odds were clearly mispriced or where a technical error affected the integrity of the market.

Cricket and PSL betting markets are settled on the official match result as declared by the governing body. In the case of a match being abandoned or reduced by weather, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results will be used where applicable. Markets that cannot be settled under such conditions will be voided and stakes returned.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Game P999. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in the platform software. Any winnings obtained through known bugs must be reported and will be voided.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent documents during verification.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks) without first raising the matter with Game P999 support.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Game P999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Where Game P999 has reasonable suspicion that prohibited activity has occurred, we reserve the right to withhold withdrawals, freeze account balances and conduct a full investigation before taking further action. The outcome of our investigation is final for the purposes of account management decisions.

08 Responsible Gaming

Game P999 provides gaming and betting as a form of entertainment. We are committed to supporting players in maintaining a healthy and controlled relationship with the platform. The following tools are available to all registered players from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly — increases require a cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission from Game P999. Scraping the platform for data, copying game assets or reverse-engineering any part of the platform software is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

Game P999 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be held liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers.
• Losses incurred as a result of normal gaming outcomes — the house edge and RTP figures are inherent to all casino and betting products.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

To the fullest extent permitted, Game P999's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of these terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy

If you do not accept the changes, your remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

13 Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Game P999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account decision or transaction, you should first contact Game P999 customer support with full details of your complaint. We aim to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. Our server logs and records are the definitive record for all game and transaction disputes. Decisions made by Game P999 following a good-faith investigation are final for the purposes of platform administration.
